From an early age, Alex has immersed himself in sports and exercise, and he firmly believes that movement is intrinsic to our nature and that human beings are inherently designed to move. With a Bachelor’s degree in sport science and a lifelong passion for fitness, Alex became a strength and conditioning coach dedicated to enhancing human performance. His diverse experience spans working with professional athletes to boost strength, power, and overall performance as well as nurturing young individuals in developing essential movement patterns and physical abilities.

I love sports. I play football and basketball in amateur leagues, and I run after my boys. Working out keeps me ready for these activities. Except that, it’s the way of life. It’s an investment in my present and future. By prioritizing my health today, I empower myself to embrace a vibrant, active life at the moment, but especially in my older years. Each workout is a step toward longevity and vitality, and I strive to inspire my clients to do the same, showing them that the effort we put in now shapes the quality of our tomorrow.
