Ana is a former semi-professional handball player turned certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and pre and post-natal coach. With extensive experience in body transformation and specialized care for clients preparing for or recovering from childbirth, Ana excels in helping women navigate the complexities of modern life. Balancing the demands of motherhood, work, and personal life can be challenging, but Ana believes that fitness is a key to making it all more manageable. Her holistic approach ensures that each client not only achieves their fitness goals but also enjoys a smoother, more fulfilling journey through the demands of daily life.

From an early age, I understood the importance of physical activity, which led me to develop a consistent exercise routine. Over time, it became more than just a habit, it became my lifestyle. Now, I can’t imagine a day without doing something beneficial for my body, mind, and overall well-being. Being a role model for my children, friends, and clients motivates me to continually improve and inspire others. I teach them that their body is a temple, the one and only place they have to live, and it deserves to be cared for with dedication and respect.
